I am unable to log in to my portal.

  • Ensure you are using the correct URLs to access your bolt account.  
    1. Start by logging into your TikTok shop app 
    2. Click on “Submit claim on bolt” or “View plan” to enter the bolt claims portal 
  • If you are having issues logging into the bolt claims portal, here are some things you can try: 
    1. Make sure you are using the same email address you used for your TikTok shop purchase 
    2. Reset your password or get a one-time login code sent to your email. 
    3. You can use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset your password if you believe that is the issue.  
    4. If you are still unable to log in after following the above steps, ensure that you are not entering incorrect credentials. Double-check your email and password for any typos. 
    5. If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to bolt customer support for further assistance.
