# What is not covered under Try Risk-Free?

## Learn which product issues and claim situations are excluded.

Try Risk-Free does not cover products used beyond a limited trial; claims submitted after the coverage period; purchases outside the official TikTok Shop; intentional damage or fraudulent claims; or product quality issues such as expiration, spoilage, defects, or ingredient mismatch. Incorrect shipments, missing packages, and shipping-related damage are also outside this program. For seller or delivery issues, use TikTok Shop’s standard after-sales process or contact the seller. Other exclusions in the applicable Terms and Conditions may apply.
