Where can I check my coverage?

  • Select “Shop”, then “Orders”.
  • In your TikTok Shop app, go to “Shop” > “Orders,” then select the product.
  • Choose the product you want to check for coverage on. Coverage for TikTok shop purchases can be found within your TikTok app.
  • Protection plan details will show the item protected, the administrator of the protection, and coverage dates.
