How do I file a claim?

    1. Start by logging into your TikTok shop app and then go to "Orders" section under the "Shop" tab.
    2. Select the protected product you need to file a claim on.
    3. Click on “Submit claim on bolt” or “View plan” to login the bolt claims portal
    4. Log in to the bolt Claims Portal
    5. Select the covered product and start the claim.
