I have more than one TikTok Shop purchase protected with bolt protection. How do I know which protection covers which item?

  • In your TikTok Shop app, you will see all your purchases that are covered by bolt Protection.  
  • In the Items details, under the Protection plan information, bolttech Device Protection will be listed as the Administrator.  
  • The View plan link under the Protection plan information will take your bolt claims portal.  
  • In the bolt claims portal, you will also see the covered purchases and can select the item when you need to file a claim.
