I received an email stating there was an update on my claim. Where do I check?

You may access your bolt Message Center through the bolt claims portal by following the steps below: 


    1. Start by logging into your TikTok shop app. 
    2. Click on “Submit claim on bolt” or “View plan” to enter the bolt claims portal or View plan. 
    3. Once logged in to your bolt claims portal, locate the Message Center icon next to your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. 
    4. Click the icon to open your Message Center.
    5. Within the Message Center, you will be able to review both your Inbox and Archived messages.
