I received an email stating there was an update on my claim. Where do I check?
You may access your bolt Message Center through the bolt claims portal by following the steps below:

- Start by logging into your TikTok shop app.
- Click on “Submit claim on bolt” or “View plan” to enter the bolt claims portal or View plan.
- Once logged in to your bolt claims portal, locate the Message Center icon next to your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Click the icon to open your Message Center.
- Within the Message Center, you will be able to review both your Inbox and Archived messages.
