Is there a cancellation fee?
- If cancelled within 30 days of the Purchase Date and no claims have been made, you will receive a full refund.
- Any cancellation after 30 days, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unexpired term.
- Once a claim has been filed under the policy, cancellation requests are no longer eligible to be processed.
- You can cancel by going to your TikTok app and request to cancel your protection.
